You will play a key role in the customer online and offline experience by going the extra mile to deliver exceptional service and experience. You are expected to be a people person, proactive and a meticulous individual who will build meaningful relationships with our community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring smooth daily operations for both online and offline retail
  • Manage daily operations including online orders fulfilment, logistics, inventory management and handling of returns.
  • Deliver exceptional in-store shopping experience at our studio including interacting with customers, performing cashiering and reconciling daily sales
  • Manage online store product information and media loading
  • Facilitate a seamless online and offline shopping experience
  • Attending to customer's enquiry and other customer service related tasks
  • Gathering feedback to improve brand's overall operations
  • Preparing of weekly and monthly reports for analysis, accounting and management purposes
  • Housekeeping and performing of other ad-hoc duties and assignments required by management

Basic Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates and minimum 'O' level welcome to apply
  • Great interpersonal skills with an approachable personality
  • Understand customers' needs and able to provide style recommendations
  • Fluent in English and able to speak Mandarin
  • 5-day work week including Saturdays on rotating shifts with alternate Monday as off days
