Brand Operations Intern APPLY NOW
This is a 6-months internship position.
We are looking for a people person, a proactive and meticulous individual who will build meaningful relationships with our community. You will be working closely with the operations and retail team and will play a key role in the customer online and offline experience by going the extra mile to deliver exceptional service and experience.
- Assist our operations and retail team in managing the operations of our e-commerce and offline retail channels
- Manage online store product listing and media loading
- Assist in online orders fulfilment and handling of returns
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy of data in our inventory
- Support the retail sales team on the sales floor
- Attending to customer's enquiry and other customer service related tasks
- Gathering qualitative feedback on consumer/competitor/retail trends; identify customer pain points for improvement
- Create and analyse sales and product performance reports to improve product sell-through; identify inventory risks and opportunities
- Housekeeping and performing of other ad-hoc duties and assignments required by management
- Fresh graduates and minimum 'O' level welcome to apply
- Great interpersonal skills with an approachable personality
- Fluent in English and able to speak Mandarin
