Use of Site
You agree and undertake not to:
- (i)attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or otherwise interfere any computer systems or networks connected to the Site, through password mining or any other means;
- (ii) introduce any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, malicious codes and/or any other harmful components which may impair or corrupt the Site's data or interfere with the operation of the Site or another customer's digital devices;
- (iii) impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- (iv) infringe any third-party intellectual property or any other proprietary rights (including intellectual property rights) of any person or entity;
- (v) tamper with this Site or any component of this Site;
- (vi) conduct fraudulent activities; or
- (vii) collect or harvest information regarding other users of the Site for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, for sending such users unsolicited commercial e-mail.
The content, materials and all other components available on or through the Site (“Contents”), are protected by copyright, trademark and other forms of proprietary rights and laws. All rights, title and interest in the Contents are owned by, licensed to or controlled by YeoMama Batik, and the use of the Contents for any purpose (including but not limited to copying, reproducing, modifying, uploading, posting, republishing, adapting, downloading, distributing, or creating derivative works using any content or material) without express written permission is prohibited.
Links to Third-Party Sites
This Site may contain links to third party sites that are not affiliated with or owned, operated or controlled by YeoMama Batik. You acknowledge and agree that YeoMama Batik is not responsible for the accuracy, content, privacy policies or practices of any linked websites or the companies that own them. The use of such links and access to any third-party sites are entirely at your own risk, and YeoMama Batik shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claims, actions, costs, expenses or other damage arising from the access to those websites.
Warranties and Liabilities
YeoMama Batik shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss, injury, claims, actions, costs, expenses or other damage of any kind, whatsoever and howsoever caused, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages, loss of income, revenue or profits, lost or damaged data, or damage to your computer, software, modem, telephone or other property, howsoever caused whether arising directly or indirectly from: (i) your access to or use of the Site; (ii) any loss of access to or use of the Site, howsoever caused; (iii) any inaccuracy or incompleteness in, or errors or omissions in the transmission of the Contents; (iv) any delay or interruption in the operation of the Site or transmission of the Contents of the Site, whether caused by communications failure, Internet access difficulties or malfunctions in equipment or software or otherwise; (v) any decision made or action taken by you or any third party in reliance on the Contents. Further, YeoMama Batik shall not be liable for damages, losses, injuries, claims, actions, costs and/or expenses of any kind arising from its failure or delay in performing any or all of its obligations if such failure or delay is due to circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.
Orders and Payments
To place a purchase order (an "Order") with YeoMama Batik, you must be over eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under eighteen (18), you may place an order only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Currently, we provide the sole payment method through Stripe. Stripe transaction fee is fully absorbed by YeoMama Batik. Payment shall be completed within 1 hour after the order confirmation email has been sent. Subsequently, any unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled. Store credits will be issued in the event that payment is made an hour later without notification. Kindly ensure that all required information is submitted to avoid possible shipping delays or product shipment errors. All confirmed payments will be verified within one hour.
The items purchased from our Site are shipped by a third party carrier pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Orders are processed and dispatched to our local delivery partner within an estimated 3 - 5 working days. Our local delivery partner shall deliver the Product to the address specified in your Order. If delivery of your Product is delayed, we will inform you accordingly and the Product will be dispatched after it becomes available. The time for delivery shall not be of the essence, and neither we nor our agents shall be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.
Product Items and Defects
We try to be accurate as reasonably possible in our product descriptions and other content for purchase through the Site. That being said, we do not warrant that the Contents on the Site are absolutely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The images of the products on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. As much as YeoMama Batik strives to capture the most accurate colour of the products seen on the Site, kindly take note that the colour might differ slightly in real life due to lightings conditions or variances in the digital devices' screen calibration. Minor variations in measurement (within 1 inch) are not considered a defect. You are responsible for ensuring that your sizing measurements are accurate. If you believe you have received a defective item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and a photograph of the defect. For items deemed defective, they must be returned to us within 14 calendar days from dispatch date for orders made in Singapore, or 28 calendar days for international orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or a refund will be issued.
The Product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the Product to the address you provided us. You own the Product which is the subject of your Order once we have received payment in full for your Order.

YeoMama Batik is not affiliated with web sites or third parties that sell or advertise our products without a written agreement with us. YeoMama Batik reserves the right to void all service, return, and other policies for orders and YeoMama Batik products that were purchased through unauthorized sellers. YeoMama Batik is not responsible for any representations by unauthorized sellers.
