We’re hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Raffles City store team at YeoMama Batik. This is a frontline retail role where you will represent the brand, create meaningful in-store experiences, and help customers feel confident and beautiful in what they wear. We welcome Singaporeans and Malaysians who are passionate about people, retail, and fashion.
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting outfits and provide warm, friendly and attentive customer service
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and sharing product knowledge
• Handle daily store operations including cashiering and fitting room service
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Support inventory checks, stock replenishment and general retail duties
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Friendly, confident, and enjoys interacting with people
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Prior retail experience is a bonus, but not required
• Aunties with great customer energy are welcome too
Commitment:
• Full-time role (up to 5.5 days / 44 hours per week)
• Must be able to work at least 1 weekend shift per week
• Retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays, are required
• Able to start soon (preferred)

Our visual storyteller with a passion for fashion, colour and creativity! You’re imaginative, detail-oriented and excited to bring ideas to life across digital content, merchandise and textile prints #creative.
Responsibilities:
• Create visual assets for social media, newsletters, website and other brand communications
• Design artwork for merchandise, packaging and printed materials
• Develop original textile prints, patterns, motifs and colourways
• Adapt artwork for digital, print and textile formats
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all designs
• Research trends in graphic design, fashion, textiles and social media
• Other ad-hoc duties and assignments required by management.
Requirements:
• Full-time position based in Singapore
• Salary: $2,600–$3,200, depending on experience and portfolio
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, Visual Communication, Fashion Design or a related field
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience are welcome
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Good eye for colour, typography, layout and composition
• Creative, organised and attentive to detail
• Able to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Textile or surface-pattern design experience is an advantage but not required.

We’re looking for an Operations Intern to join our team at YeoMama Batik.
This is not a desk-only internship. You’ll be right in the heart of the action, supporting daily operations across retail stores and online fulfilment to keep everything running smoothly.
If you enjoy getting things done, solving problems on the go, and working in a creative, fashion environment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
• Support daily retail and studio operations
• Assist in packing, fulfilment, and online order processing
• Handle inventory checks, stock movement, and restocking
• Support customer service and in-store experience when needed
• Coordinate preparation for launches, shoots, and events
• Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks
• Jump in wherever help is needed — no two days are the same
Requirements:
• Energetic, reliable, and willing to get hands-on
• Able to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and responsible with tasks
• Good attitude and strong team player mindset
• Interest in fashion / retail operations is a plus
• No prior experience required — we’re happy to train the right person
Commitment:

We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for visual storytelling, content creation and social media strategy who is looking to gain hands-on experience with a growing fashion and lifestyle brand.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning, creation and production of content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Design creative assets and edit photos and videos for use across social media platforms.
• Support the growth and day-to-day management of our social media channels through content scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
• Monitor and respond to customer enquiries, direct messages and comments across social platforms.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of email newsletters.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and contribute ideas to improve content performance and audience engagement.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in graphic design and content creation.
• Strong photo and video editing skills.
• Basic photography skills.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, branding and visual storytelling.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Bonus:
